Hi, Doctor suggested for Lazer operation for this. Is there any other method to cure this issue, Ayurvedic or Homeopathy treatment. As this operation costing very high.

Firstly try exercises  if it work then ok otherwise surgery. Quadriceps exercises. Stretching exercises of legs. Hamstring and calf stretching exercises
