In march 2025 i was ill ani admitted to hospital when i suddenly lost my voice on 4th day then did laryngeoscopy and found out that i have bilateral vocal cord ulceration then with medicine it resolved but there were congestion when did next laryngeoscopy in june 2025 & then again took 1 month steroid course and after that still there is hoarseness of voice vocal fatigue muscle tension so after 6 months means in January 2026 again did laryngeoscopy and found out mild bilateral bowing and phonatory gap and then started voice therapy but due to some personal reason i stopped it in mid and again in may i started voice therapy but there is no change so i decided to do stroboscopy bcz it shows detailed view and now in August 2026 i did strobe which shows- right vc paresis. right arytenoid appears slightly anteriorly placed both cords appear edematous with dilated vessels the amplitude of adduction on the left is significantly more than right. Reinki's edema.so i m confuse how it is linked?
