My brother has red marks on his hands and lower legs. It appears to be under the skin. We visited a dermatologist and he told us it was vasculitic rash and told to do a few tests for what caused it, which are quite expensive. So I wanted to make sure if I should see a physician and have them take a look first? And also I'm not aware about the cause of this and anything about it, whether it's serious or not. Kindly help me. Thank you.
