HELLO, ITS A SERIOUS MATTER. FOLLOW ADVISE OF TREATING DOCTOR AS ALMOST NO BLOOD SUPPLY. THROMOSIS IS  ALSO THERE IF ONE SMALL PART DETECHED IT CAN MOVE AS EMBOLISM. SO DECIDE N GO FOR SURGERY. OK.
