Hello there...., there is no evidence that leech therapy would generally help in healing of varicose veins...Treatment options include. Wearing compression stockings, Sclerotherapy, ligation and vein stripping, laser therapy, endoscopic vein surgery etc..., Kindly consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment....
