Hi dr. My right side testis hanging low then left.. had consult with dr. Dr said looks like varicocele and do scan. But in dopler scan result shows no varicocele/hydrocele.. but i am worried.. right side testis hanging low.. not any moderate pain. Some time having lit pain. Whar are my next steps.. i am worried about fertility promblems. Not married.. need suggestions...

Get semen analysis to rule out infertility.For the dull pain you have to wear scrotal support so that your testicles don't hang down.Take pain killers if necessary

Don't worry is usually one testis is big and one is small and also one is upside and other is downside so don't worry about this if the pain is very frequent then use Langote or tight underwear or supporter you said sonography of the testis is normal for nothing to worry this is nothing to do with fertility but still if you are worried you may go for Semen analysis test in any laboratory
