I live in tehran city in Iran, last year i had a microscopic varicocele surgery and after my recovery finished i thought my problem is gone but afew days ago i realized some unusual enlarged veins in my scortium again.(SORRY FOR MY WEAK ENGLISH) I really got worried and scared and i couldn't contact my surgeon so I met another urologist this mornin
