I don't know it is varicocele or something else. My two are up and down. My right testicle is down. My right testicle is of same size as left testicle, there is enlargement. Near the back of my right testicle, when I touch there I feel like some type of small size stone and sometimes I feel like the veins near that place are clinging to each other but they are thin..

Yes definately its varicocele. Needs to b evaluated and treated otherwise may affect sperm production and site of infection.
