hello mam..... As such there is no contra indication of using the silicon gel during the pregnancy. But we say to avoid it in the first trimester. And if u are talking about the keloids, then such kind of treatment hardly shows any improvement in those. My suggestion would be to go for the proper treatment after the child birth.
