For a while i have had a bad smell coming from my discharge, and occasionally it becomes itchy and stings when i pee.

its  imp to know whether you r married/lost virginity as if so you can have vaginitis/cervicitis.so better visit some gynecologist... (most probably it could be trichomonas infection as per your symptom) meanwhile u can use lactacyd wash/v-wash for cleaning perineal area (and cansoft CL vaginal pessary if married or so)
