Doctor. Since I was 7 I am having tablets (keypen250)until I am 21now I am using pentids 400but becoz of the gst there is no more pentids tablet in the market what should I do I am living abroad.and

You are having Rheumatic Heart Diaease and you should continue penicillin prophylaxis life long. Since oral medicine is nonlonger available you should take Injectable Penicillin in your buttocks every 21 days.
