The hymen is the membrane which covers the vagina until which time that it becomes rupturedThis can usually occur during the woman's first intercourse .The hymenoplasty procedure is basically a reconstruction surgery of the hymen membrane. But after pregnancy with normal vaginal delivery ,it gets lacerated , complete reconstruction is difficult at that time.
