Today is my period date and before 3 to 4 days I took unwanted 72 and already i have piles problem ,. I don't know today is huge paining in my vagina and no blood come . What is the issue

This pain is not related to I pill but it can be due to vaginal fungus take Fas 3kit in a day only one kit
