I infected with covid in april, I used remdesivir and methylprednisolone. Please find the attached rantibodies report. All other reports normal like cbp, crp, esr, lft, kft. Can I take vaccine now. I discharged from hospital on may 7th.

Yes you should definitely get vaccinated... Guidelines states that you should take vaccine after 2 months of your last negative report...So it's the right time to get a vaccine.
