I took covishield vaccine yesterday.After 10 hours of vaccination I am feeling feverish which is upto 100.5 and I have taken 2 dose of paracetamol still fever is same.What should I do next? My fever is not supressing.

Cold sponging . And u can take dolò 650 , 4 times a day If still fever continues consult physician

take paracetamol 650, 3 times a day after food and tab immu c plus once after breakfast for one month.

plan for CBC, d dimer and crp tests if fever persist more than 2 days.
