Vaccination query after surgery
41 days back I undergone brostrom gould repair surgery for my right ankle moderate grade ligament partial tear. Currently the recovery period is going on. My vaccination second dose period is started and last date is 18th sept.
Can i take second dose after 10th sept?is it safe? Is there any risk if i take it? Please help me

Current literature says to avoid second dose till one week after surgery for few vaccines so as to decrease the chances of any complications due to the same. Since you are safely out of that zone you do not pose any added risk on taking the vaccine. Yes you may continue with the second dose of vaccine as usual.
