I have a 1year and 2month old baby. I won't to know it is ok if I give penadol syrup before vaccination.

If the vaccination is intramuscular administrated, the keep the medicine ready . It might cause some pain and mild fever sometimes. If it does then give the syrup three times a day of vaccination as it will counter the effects even before it comes
