Vaccination can be done during periods ?? If yes, Is there any precautions need to take in terms of diet? If no, please help me with the effects .

Periods do not effect efficacy of Covid vaccine. So, do not worry and kindly vaccinate yourself. As per diet eat clean and healthy food which you usually eat. Hope this helps
