After covishield vaccination Should I consider doing a coagulation panel or d dimer levels in order to rule out any clots? Can I consider taking vitamin d as a preventive measure? What are the serious symptoms to be aware of?

Vit D is not a preventive measure for D dimer levels...raised D dimer level is not a frequent side effect of vaccination...u can get it done if u want to ...there is only severe bodyache and fever as side effect...u can consult online for any prophylaxis
