Vaccination after covid treatment
Hello,
My sister is diagnosed for Covid symptoms two weeks back. She got vaccinated yesterday Covid shield, and had developed fever yesterday night. It was 102 which lowered down to 99.5 today. She took Dolo 650 mg. Is there a minimum period person should wait to take Covid vaccine if he/she is diagnosed with Covid medication. She took ivermectin, Dolo 650, Azithromycin, zincovit, and vitamin c tablets.
Fever is a side effect of Vaccine. Kindly donot panic and self medicate.
Min 2 weeks of symptom free period is taken as min time after which one can be vaccinated
Next Steps
Take Dolo 650 mg Twice a day, Tab Pan 40 once a day empty stomach

Look for any other symprtom like breathlessness or diarrhoes etc

One should get vaccinated only after 4-6 weeks of recovery from a covid infection. Consult a doctor to detail all the current symptoms, get a CRP and RT-PCR done for CT value. Get her to take rest in the meanwhile, if the fever doesnt come down with a paracetamol or goes higher, give her one Nise 100 tablet. Consult a doctor on priority.
