UTI not getting control

I have stomach issue history,I have to go stool  3-4 time's daily.I ignored all this as i didn't feel  any affect on my health. But since last 15 days I have loose motion many times,I taken himalya diarex tab however it didn't recover me completely.Suddenly 4days back I had 20 times urine during night hours with burning and in next morning I had fever 101. Immediately I consulted with doctor and he given me these medicine 02 Citralk Econorm Meftal forte . Now I have fever always toggle between 98.5 to 99.5,I feel very dizzy , weak. Also still I have to go urine 15-20 times in a day and 4-5 times stool. I am talking all these since last 4 days. Don't know how to get recover from this diseases.

Seems like you have gastroenteritis with urinary tract infection. Take a lot of fluids, Ors, continue the medicines and take rest. If your fever is gone i guess you are in recovery . But if you feel very dizzy and you are not taking enough fluids, it might be problematic as you are still having diarrhoea. I would suggest if your symptoms are not improving, you can consult your physician again. As far as the urinary tract infection is concerned, you are already on antibiotics and the frequency of urination takes time to resolve.however an anticholinergic may be added to decrease the frequency of symptoms.
