My friend wants to use Loette (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol)  for 21 days to avoid using contraceptive pills or condoms. Is it safe enough? Also will this ensure that she will not be pregnant as her boyfriend won't be using any protection.

That is a contraceptive pill itself. .it needs to be taken everyday strictly and around the same time...is she uses it properly the effectiveness of these tablets is 99.9% Only disadvantage being it won't protect her from STIs
