I suffer from androgenic alopecia. I am taking finasteride 1mt and minoxidil 5% for last 6 years. I  want to know on how to determine the side effects that finasteride has caused in last 6 years .what test do I need to do. I already done a testosterone test and it was normal and in a good range. However I want to know if it causes prostrate cancer and what test is required . Also I don't know when to stop using finasteride. In this last 6 year I stopped in twice for 2 months. Then I had to face rapid hair fall . So is started using it and continued to do so. Please suggest the test that I need to undergo . What medicine can I take to reverse the effect of finasteride (if any). Thanks in advance
