Sir please check my reports and tell me is any further evaluation needed or not pls...and what is the final evaluation.

Antibiotics would be sufficient.

Findings showed only infected cyst. Antibiotics course is enough. Considering your young age, fnac showed only infected cyst  further evaluation is not required. But you get a opinion from local surgical oncologist and get in person examination
