What is the benefit of rantac syrup for infants ?. My baby is 3.5 months old and has CMPA so dr advised to give this along with super flora probiotic

Do you mean cows milk allergy? A three and half months baby ideally be give exclusive breast feeding. If at all its a diagnosed CMPA, one must stop cows milk for few weeks to months.
