HI, My doc prescribed two shampoos, sebowash and tarich. And asked me to use it twice a week. My concern, is it okay to use both the shampoos at same time? Or should i use it alternatively?

Why not ask the treating dermatologist ? It's not safe to mix treatments. Your current doctor I'm sure has thought it over and given you the shampoos after examining you. The more you ask other doctors the more you will not get results... And your treating doctor will get confused. The saying "too many cooks spoil the broth " holds very true here.
