Sir i am suffered from frequent urination more than 15 times per day.. I always felt tired and there is no improvement in my muscle mass and weight since last five years.. Iam 25 yrs old and there is only 48 kg weight.

Frequency of urine more on day or night. Making a voiding diary with intake of fluid charts along with volume of urine voided for 24 hours helps. Get urine examination routine and microscopic done to detect any infection.especial investigation as per your clinical physical examination done by a urologist. Tab Terol LA 4 mg twice daily may help in reducing frequency sympotamatically only
