Hi thr i had a physical intercourse with my partner 10-15 days back after that i startd feeling a kind of inflamation and pain while urination. ihad a urine test , report shows below: PUS cell : 15-20 ( normal should be 0-5) RBC cells : 6-8 ( normal should be NIL Epithelial Cell: 3-5 ( normal should be NIL) cast : NIL ( normal -nil) crystal : NIL ( normal nil) amorphous deposit: NEGATIVE i completed 21 period cycle today and yestrday i bleed only for 10 mnts. please explain causes and cure

Get urine culture and sensitivity test also from fresh midstream sample of the voided urine to look for the offending bacteria causing urinary tract infection and the sensitive drugs.course of antibiotic is  usually one week.
