Suffering with urine infection from 3 days.continously fever is 102°c.did blood test and sonography result are normal.need guidance

Do a urine routine test and urine culture test. Take syrup cital 10 ml with a glass of water 2 times a day for 5 days.

Drink lots of water. Also take a urine alkaliniser line cital, citralka, 3 times a day. Get a urine routine and culture done. You will need antibiotics in the meantime, since you have fever. You can visit me in Andheri for treatment
