I had a folicular study day 11 today and my right ovary msf is 12×11mm and left ovary msf is 17×14mm and yesterday dr gave me lupi-hmg 75 injection and my husbdnd is going out of station tomorrow morning can i get pregnant

Many factors depends for conceiving. Its not only healthy Ovum which plays a vital role also the healthy sperms from male. It depends on the day when ovum get released from the follicles.
