I had burning when urinating I have urine routine test and urine culture test at the same time. My urine report shows 8 to 10 hpf And urine culture test shows no organism seen no growth Is this possible Is it good or bad report I am on antibiotics course What should be next steps

Because u r on antibiotics, ur culture is sterile...don't worry..
