Urination and troat problem

Lately I've been having a lot of acid reflux particularly before eating. also I've had occasional Diaherria and my troat often feels blocked like I'm going to vomit but I don't. I have pain in Lower abdomen and feel like I have to go to the bathroom and do a poo but nothing comes out only wee.
