Hi, I have been taking Multivitamin IV Injections. But, as soon as I am done with the injection, i go to urinate. I understand it is due to increased water and my body is throwing out the excess water. But am I also losing my vitamins immediately after injection?

No u are not. Vitamins dont get filtered in urine, the water diluent does.
