While urinating it stop in the middle n start paining for next 5 min kindly advise is the same due to some infection or stone. Please advise medication.

Get a urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB&residual urine to know cause of the problem. Flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily for the 5 days ,is a good drug for symptomatic relief.Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with the glass of water thrice daily also helps
