It's normal tendency to drink more water with rising temperatures. However the simple count is u r water intake is equal to urinary out put. So not to worry.
Howevervto rule out any underlying reason, on a safe side get a urine routine and urine microscopy done. Urine infections are common in summers and initially it may be only excess urination and no other signs and symptoms.
