Whenever i m tensed or nervous i just to feel like urinating but nowadays it has become big issue for me also during winter urinating increase even if i have not drank enough water what is this issue can u help me out with it?

Nothing to worry. But since your weight is also on the higher side just rule out Diabetes by getting Fbs,ppbs and hba1c blood tests.
