I am facing pain at the base of my penis since 5 days. Yellow sticky liquids are dropping through it continuously . Bit of pain while dispensing urine. I am too much worried. Please help me what to do. It is very irritating. This is the first time I have faced this kind of problem. I am not under any treatment or no operations has done to me.
