Keep on taking treatment of the sensitive drugs along with plenty of fluids and symptomatic  for fever. Course of antibiotics may be short to prolong depending on the severity of the infection. Recheck urine after adequate course(1-2 ) weeks.if still infection persists , Change of other sensitive antibiotic along with review examination by a urologist to look for causes of persistence like obstruction.
