Hi, I'm 23 years old guy. Sometimes when I urinate I feel burning sensation and some semen is also leaking with the urine and there is feeling to urinate just after urinating. It feels like something is stuck in the penis. But when I drink enough water. The problem goes away. Why does the semen leaks with urine? I had that burning sensation before but there was no sperm with urine. It has been happened 2-3 times. I have done masturbation also before but now only in long intervals like 15 days.
