One of my relatives aged 42 has been detected urinary bladder cancer 3rd stage. Blood is coming with Urine and pain. Is it curable ???

No it's not curable but v can palliate by doing chemotherapy along with that only v can give homoeopathy medicine, if it is third stage and any spread of infiltration to the adjacent organs v have to elicit before starting treatment
