My father is 76 years old having pace maker implanted has low urine problem however bladder is full but urin outflow is not upto mark. Pl provide solution

I suppose he should visit and personally get checked up by urologist......because if his bladder is full and he is passing urine with difficulty, then catheter may be needed...
