Hi , my friend is suffering from dengue and we admitted him when his platelets are 130000. After 3 days his platelets goes down to 13000 and doctors shift him to ICU and gives him platelets from outside yesterday. Then his platelets count was 18000 as per doctors. Now today, doctor is saying that his platelets goes to 12000 again.what should we do and what doctor is saying is correct or not . Please suggest. It's urgent.
