My brother aged 38 got heavy cold and fever since 3 days and now heavy diarrhoea as well. Please suggest something, will go for a covid test tomorrow anyways. Worried and scared as well

As of now let him take plenty of fluids. Diet  only curd rice.        .    Tab-ciplox-tz-500mg-1in the morning , half at night-3days              dolo650-4times after food.
