Urgent!!! Clitorial pain!! No doc here!!

Started with itching in my clitoris, after 2 days it became painful and very sensitive to touch , now its been 3 days pain is increasing. Followed by irritation in anus, well that is weird. I feel good after sitz bath with betadine. Please suggest something as i cannot go to Gynec now, i am in interior area. No doc here!!!!!!
