If I go for surgical abortion at 6 weeks pregnancy can it lead to any fistula or any issues ? Any side effects ,I am unmarried,and contraception failed.

It is better to discuss with a gynaecologist before choosing a method of abortion, and if surgical intervention is needed for abortion then it has its own side effects but it doesn’t cause any fistula
