4. The tear wound heals in most patients
5. The tag or swelling which has come out will remain but should become less painful and swollen
6. Treatment is keep stools soft by using laxatives, local ointments like the xylocaine jelly and pain killers
7. If pain is severe or persist la then consult a surgeon
