I was diagnosed having urethritis 5 years ago. I had severe foreskin burning & urethra itching /burning/pricking constantly for last 5 years. Now symptoms have improved. But other daily symptoms such as split urine stream has started. One stream is smooth while the second stream is not. I also feel vibration at the end of the penis during urination daily. I have pricking sensation in urethra sometimes while walking.
