Urethral Burning & pain

In last 48 hours Continuous itch ans occasional sharp pains inside the penis. Burning increases while urinating. Drank 3lts of water in 6hrs, urinated thrice for not even 5 seconds each. Please suggest an immediate cure as I can follow up with doctor's visit only after this pain stops. Will alkasol & cystone work?

suggestive of urinary tract infection..you need clinical examination and certain laboratory investigations like urine routine and urine culture and sensitivity to treat you...consult nearest physician or urologist they will help you regards
