UPT usually doesn’t have any direct relation with time of sexual inter course It is advisable to have UPT after 6 weeks of lmp or 7-10 days of missed periods If periods can’t be recalled UPT after 2-3 weeks of sexual contact may be advisable.
Next Steps
Repeat UPT may be advisable if negative in first test and positive history of sexual contact is present
