I am suffering bacterial Upper Respiratory infection Please prescribe Azax 500 mg twice daily for 90 day. I intend to extend the course.

Azax 500 MG is aziththromycin which is an antibiotic and rarely prescribed for more than week. I don't know why you want to use it for three months. If you have bacterial respiratory tract infection such as pneumonia then better antibiotics are necessary
